Hi, I’m Navneet.
I’m a Psychological Associate and AASECT-certified sex therapist—which basically means I talk about the things most people avoid at dinner parties but will be Googling about at 2am on a random Tuesday night. I specialize in working with clients and couples who suffer from ADHD, sexual trauma, and the often confusing (and honestly unfair) ways they show up in intimacy, desire, and relationships.
Do you ever feel like your brain is always “on,” and your body sometimes hits the brakes at the worst times, or your relationships feel like a mix of deep connection and “WTF is happening right now?”—
Or maybe your thoughts sound more like “Why do I want connection so badly but also get overwhelmed by it?” or “Why does my brain have 47 tabs open but none of them are the one I need right now?”— Well, let me tell you my fellow neurospicy human, you are in the right place and reading the right person’s bio.
In our work together, we’ll focus on creating real safety in your body, making sense of your patterns, and helping you build relationships (whether with yourself or others) that feel connected, secure, and actually satisfying, not just something you’re tolerating or surviving through.
My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental, with some sarcasm sprinkled in. I’m not here to pathologize you, I’m here to help you understand yourself. That means we can talk about the hard things, the awkward things, (and yes, even the things you’ve never said out loud before) without it feeling clinical or uncomfortable - okay, maybe a little uncomfortable, but in a “this is actually helpful” kind of way.
I work with individuals and couples who want more than surface-level insight. Together, we look at how your past experiences, nervous system, and neurodiversity all interact—because nothing exists in a vacuum, no matter how much therapist wannabe influencers on Instagram might suggest otherwise.
Also, as you may have noticed - I fully believe healing and humor can coexist. If we can laugh at some of the chaos along the way, we’re probably doing something right. Schedule a session and let’s learn to laugh and cry together through the chaos of life.
