Hi, Iām Daniel.
Life transitions and relationship challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when things feel uncertain or out of balance. You might be navigating changes in your relationships, your identity, or your direction in life, and it can be hard to know where to start. I'm here to support you in making sense of those experiences and finding a path forward that feels right for you.
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, and I work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship stress. I'm especially interested in how cultural background, family dynamics, and personal values shape our experiences. I take a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I believe that therapy works best when we work together, at your pace, and in a way that feels meaningful to you. I am fluent in Cantonese, and I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to go through things alone. I look forward to supporting you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
