Hi, I’m Erin.
It takes a village to raise a child, the same way it takes a village to support in healing. Life at times can feel very isolating and hectic causing us to be in a place of distress. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression or struggling with any of life’s transitions, I want to support you in your healing journey. As a Licensed Therapist, I want to provide a place in your personal village that fully sees and recognizes you as a whole. We will work together to unpack underlying feelings, past experiences, thought reframing, value exploration and most of all - your hopes. I utilize evidence based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy all from a trauma informed and culturally inclusive approach.
I have a background of working with teens, families and adults utilizing psychotherapy techniques and conflict resolution skills.
